The following terms are part of every plan booked with AbbyPixel —quinceañeras, weddings, sessions and events— and apply from the moment you book. If you need information about cancellations or rescheduling, see our cancellation policy.
01 Payment
A 50% deposit is required to book your session and hold the date on our calendar. The remaining 50% is due after the session ends, before the final delivery of your edited files.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, deposit or a digital method arranged in advance. By confirming the initial 50%, the client fully accepts these terms of service.
02 Selection and delivery
Within 24 to 48 hours after your session, you'll receive a private link to choose your favorite photographs according to the plan you booked.
- Edited photographs are delivered 2 weeks after the selection.
- Prints and/or albums are ready 2 to 4 weeks after the edit is approved. Prints are picked up in studio.
- Optional shipping: if you prefer shipping, it carries an additional cost and is subject to availability, location and delivery times.
- Priority delivery is available on request and subject to an additional fee.
Timelines start counting on the business day after the client confirms the selection.
03 File retention
Edited photographs remain available in the client's private gallery and in our backups for a period of 6 months from the date of final delivery.
- It is the client's responsibility to download and save copies on their own devices before that period expires.
- We recommend keeping the photographs in at least two different places (for example, a computer and an external hard drive, or personal cloud storage).
- After 6 months, AbbyPixel is not responsible for the loss of the material, whether due to deleted backups, storage failures or any other cause.
At final delivery we'll also email you a reminder about the 6-month window, so you have plenty of time to back up your photos with peace of mind.
04 Travel
Published prices apply to sessions held within the Distrito Nacional and Santo Domingo.
For sessions outside the city —including locations in other provinces, destination weddings or coverage in remote areas— an additional travel cost applies, covering time, fuel and, where applicable, per diem and lodging. This amount is quoted separately at the time of booking.
05 Premium gowns
The gowns included in plans with styling belong to our editorial wardrobe. The Luxury 2025-2026 line —one-of-a-kind, exclusive designs selected for the season— carries a small additional cost that is disclosed transparently during the selection phase.
These gowns are made with premium materials, artisanal detailing and limited exclusivity, bringing a higher level of elegance to the final result.
06 Delays
Once you are 30 minutes past the agreed start time, an additional charge of RD$1,000 DOP applies. The same amount is added for each additional half hour after that.
This charge applies both to arrival at the session location and to the actual start of the photography work, because every block is coordinated in advance with the team (makeup artist, assistant, location) and reserved within the day's schedule.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to make the most of the block you booked.
07 Applicable taxes
When the session takes place at locations that charge a usage fee, image rights or an entrance fee —hotels, venues, private parks, monuments, gardens, etc.— that amount must be covered by the client.
This lets us arrange the space in advance, guarantee smooth access and devote the full time to producing the editorial experience without interruptions.
