How we work together.
Four simple phases from first contact to album delivery.

Planning over WhatsApp
It all starts on WhatsApp. We talk through the plan you're interested in, a tentative date, the idea, location and theme of your session. This is where we shape the full vision together.

Booking and gown fitting
We lock in your date with the booking and coordinate the gown fitting — which can also happen before you book. That way every detail is ready for your day.

Session and selection
After booking we keep refining the details and schedule your photo session. Once it wraps, you'll receive your preview selection within 24 to 72 hours to choose your favorites.
4
Delivery and prints
Delivery of your digital photos takes 2 to 3 weeks. Prints are picked up in studio. If you'd like them shipped, that carries an additional cost and is subject to availability, location and delivery times.

Our dates are limited. Book at least 2 months in advance (or more) before the birthday to guarantee your date.

Payment
50% to book your session. The remaining 50% is due once the session is over.
Selection and delivery
Within 24 to 48 hours you'll receive a private link to choose your favorites. Edited photographs are delivered 2 weeks after the selection. Prints are picked up in studio; if you'd like them shipped, that carries an additional cost and is subject to availability, location and delivery times.
Storage · 6 months
Edited photographs will be available in your private gallery for 6 months from delivery. It is your responsibility to download and back them up in at least two places. After that period, we are not responsible for the loss of the files.
Travel
Prices apply to sessions in Santo Domingo. An additional cost applies for travel outside the city.
Premium gowns
Gowns from the new Luxury 2025-2026 line (unique, exclusive designs) carry a minimal additional cost, but bring a higher level of detail and elegance.
Late arrivals
From 30 minutes of delay onward, an additional charge of $1,000 DOP applies. The same amount is added for each extra half hour. This applies both to arrival at the location and to the start of the session.
Applicable taxes
Any tax for the use of the location must be covered by the client. This lets us coordinate the space without setbacks and make sure everything is ready for the session experience.
