— TERMS OF SERVICE —

Booking. Your date is confirmed with 50%. The balance is paid after the session.
Advance notice. Book at least 2 months in advance — availability is limited by choice.
Locations. Locations near Santo Domingo are included. If the location is far away or charges an entrance fee, the client covers the extra cost.
Delivery. Preview selection in 24–72 h, edited digital photos in 2–3 weeks. Prints are picked up in studio. If you'd like them shipped, there is an additional cost, subject to availability, location and delivery times.
File retention. Edited photographs are available for 6 months from delivery. It is your responsibility to download them and keep them in at least two places — after that period, we are not responsible for the loss of the files.
Changes. Changes to the original plan may involve additional costs — always discussed and agreed on beforehand.
Cancellation. The booking amount is non-refundable, but the date can be rescheduled with at least 15 days' notice.
