We work with a watchmaker's care. Every step designed so the result feels like a story — not a photo report.
After your message we set up a 15 to 20 minute call or WhatsApp chat. We talk through your vision, your mood, your inspiration, a tentative location (if it's outdoor) or backdrops and props (if it's studio). Then we send you a styling guide and visual references so you arrive ready.
With 50% to book, your date is held. We confirm the plan, location, time and every agreed detail in writing. The remaining 50% is paid the day of the session.
We welcome you without rushing. We go over the flow, fine-tune any last styling detail if needed and start with warm-up shots — relaxed, no pressure — so you feel comfortable in front of the camera before the main takes.
You don't need to know how to pose. We guide you through every shot — the tilt of your head, where to look, what to do with your hands. Music playing, easy conversation and constant micro-adjustments. You see the shots on screen in real time.
Within 5 to 7 business days you receive a private link with the full preview selection. You choose your favorites according to your plan (8, 16, 24 or 26+ images). No rush — take all the time you need.
We work your chosen images with editorial color grading, artistic retouching and fine composition. Digital files are delivered in 2 weeks and, depending on the plan, prints and framed pieces 2–4 weeks after that.
It depends on the plan: from 1 hour (Esencial) up to 1h 30min (Editorial Supremo). Outdoors, the Premium/Editorial plans can run longer depending on how the location flows. If you need more time, it's added at an additional cost.
Yes, one support person is fine — usually to hold bags, give feedback or simply keep you company. More than one person can affect the rhythm of the session.
The preview selection arrives within 5 to 7 business days. Once you choose your favorites, the final edit is delivered in 2 weeks. Prints and framed pieces (if your plan includes them) arrive 2–4 weeks after the edit.
Yes. We coordinate together in the conversation beforehand. We have a list of favorite locations around Santo Domingo, but if you have a specific place in mind (a garden, the beach, something urban), we'll look into it. Private locations, or ones that require a permit, are arranged in advance.
Yes, the plans can be adapted for couple sessions or small groups (up to 4 people). The investment adjusts based on the number of outfits, final photos and time. Ask for a quote when you reach out.
If the weather doesn't cooperate, we reschedule at no cost to the next available date. If you'd rather guarantee the day, you can book Photoshoot Studio as a backup or switch.
We accept bank transfers, deposits and cash. The 50% booking payment confirms your date; the balance is paid the day of the session.
We allow a 30-minute grace period. Longer delays carry a 20% surcharge on the total — this lets us protect the next client's time and keep the quality of the service.
